Have you dreamed of traveling to the ancient islands of the Greek gods, salty sea breezes rushing through your hair? Dipping your toes into azure water from sun-drenched beaches and meditating under a cosmos full of stars and endless possibilities? Doing yoga on the very edge of a vast blue sea?

It's time to make those dreams come true.

Join Kevin and Dave for 6 days and 5 nights at a serene yoga retreat on the Greek Isle of Mykonos. Come and help us welcome the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, surrounded by sun, sand, and water as far as the eye can see. Every morning you will salute the sun in a yoga practice overlooking the Aegean, and every evening you will meditate under the same stars the Greek philosophers used to ponder life’s big questions. This adventure is an opportunity to reset and anchor, adventure, explore, reflect, and make friends. Time will slow as the restful days beckon you to relax and take care of yourself.

The retreat will focus on how yoga supports an integrated awareness of the beauty of being truly present. The inspiration of nature's perfection and the practice of yoga will serve as your guides. Kevin and Dave will lead you through daily asana, pranayama, and meditation practices. You will also spend time forging a richer relationship with yourself by taking the time to live willfully and completely in each moment.

ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS

Mykonos is famous for its sun, sand, and laid back approach to enjoying life. You will stay in brand new villas next to the Mini Lia Beach on the far side of Mykonos. The villas offer open air layouts in traditional Greek style, facing the sea, with all the necessary amenities. The outdoor spaces include different areas to sit and meditate under shaded pergolas. There is also an infinity pool overlooking stunning views of the sea. All bedrooms include great views, private en suite bathrooms, and direct access to the beautiful outdoor spaces. Single rooms are available, but are very limited. Local chefs will prepare breakfast/brunch and dinner, with a focus on fresh and delicious Greek cuisine. Vegetarian options will be available.

ACTIVITIES

Optional group activities may include a day trip to the island of Delos, considered the origin of Greek civilization, for sightseeing and yoga. There will be plenty of free time to explore the local sights, including the famous windmills of Mykonos. Walk to sandy beaches, just meters away, or lazily kick back for a guilt-free midday nap!
